Las Vegas VIP services information
FAQs
Q. What services does Red Carpet VIP offer?
A. Red Carpet VIP is a full service concierge and destination management company. We can assist in securing commercial airfare reservations, private jet reservations, hotel reservations, car rental, tours, golf reservations, casino gaming hosting, convention support services, bachelor/bachelorette party planning and destination management. In additional Red Carpet VIP is the industry leader in Las Vegas VIP Nightlife entertainment hosting. We host more nightlife parties that any other independent hosting service and maintain the absolute highest standards in the industry.
Q. What is VIP Hosting Service?
A. VIP hosting is when a VIP Host escorts your group past the lines and into the hottest venues in Vegas. Your VIP Host can be available for whatever your needs may be throughout the night. This method, used by most celebrities and high rollers, is the most elite and prestigious way to gain immediate access in to nightclubs and to ensure they have everything they may desire. No hassle, no bartering and most importantly no waiting. This is the life of a VIP.
Q. Why do I need a VIP Host in Las Vegas?
A. Vegas is based upon relationships and money. If you know who to talk to and know what to say, you may gain access to some of the hot spots of Vegas on your own. But be assured it won’t be cheap. Keep in mind that a high roller in most other cities is an Average Joe in Vegas. Having a VIP Host will take the uncertainty out of planning your party. Every weekend there are thousands of people who wait for hours before getting in or completely denied access into the nightclubs in Vegas. Their parties are ruined. Choosing the right VIP hosting service can be your guarantee that you won’t be waiting in lines and that your event turns out perfect.
Q. Some places offer VIP Passes that promise no lines and no cover, do they work?
A. The VIP Pass is a new and widely misunderstood part of Vegas nightlife. Initially Nightclub promoters used VIP passes to get people in the doors. The passes were often given away or sold at extremely discounted rates. Now most of the hot clubs need no help getting people in on peak nights. Since most clubs are open throughout the week, the passes are still used as an effective way of getting business on slower nights. On peak nights at a good club, these passes are virtually worthless – regardless of what they promise. You will wait, guaranteed! With hundreds or thousands of people trying to get in, you still have to fight your way to the front of the mob to get someone’s attention. The reality is that the doormen and hosts choose who gets in and who doesn’t. Unless the pass comes accompanied with a few benjamins, you’ll be ignored. The only way you to bypass the long lines on peak nights is with a VIP host. If you doubt this, call any hot club and ask if your pass will get you past the line without a wait on a Friday or Saturday night.
Q. Which nightclubs are the best?
A. There are many outstanding clubs to choose from, so it really depends on personal preference. Music choice, décor, atmosphere, vibe and ambience all play a role in picking a club that’s right for you and your party. You may notice that many companies deal with only a select number of nightclubs. Red Carpet VIP can make your decision easier because we deal with every club, so there’s never a reason for us to sway you to a club that’s not right for your group. Red Carpet VIP wants to make sure your night is perfect so take comfort in knowing that we no limitations in what we can offer.
Q. When should I make my reservation by?
A. The sooner you book the quicker you will be locked in on a certain date. Many of our reservations are booked up to a year in advance, because rates are better and our top VIP Hosts are requested. More often that not, we can accommodate even a last minute request but our best rates are given when you book in advance. In order to maintain the highest standards of service we limit our packages to no more than 50 groups per weekend. With an average of 10 people per group this is 500 people that we need to ensure have the time of their lives. On busy weekends we usually are booked up so the sooner you book the sooner we can lock you in and guarantee your date. Once you book, you can always make changes to your package. We also have a refund policy in the event that you book but are not able to make your party. Be assured that as a member of the Better Business Bureau, we are bound by certain business practices. So when you book with us, you can book with confidence.
Q. Do you list package prices?
A. We have standard pricing available on our website to give our customers an idea of the starting point for some basic packages. However, virtually every package we create is customized for each individual client. Because each group is different, we feel that their package should be as well. We customize our packages to ensure that every party is planned with consideration for the preferences and desires that are unique to each client.
Q. Why do the prices seem high?
A. The cost of Las Vegas Nightlife can be expensive. Accordingly, this lifestyle is not for everyone. Most parties can cost well into the thousands and some can cost hundreds of thousands. While many of our clients are among the rich and famous, most of them are normal people who are looking for a “not so normal” experience of a lifetime. Our basic packages start at around $100-$150 per person. At $300-$400 per person you will party like a rock star. These prices can fit into the budget of most people, regardless of what your income is. After all, how often do you come to Vegas or get the chance to live life like a celebrity? Many of our clients that initially could barely squeeze it in the budget often end up using our services a couple times a year. You only live once. Make it count!
Q. Why do the prices seem low?
A. For the experience that we deliver, the costs of our packages are extremely reasonable. We handle a very large volume of events and have tremendous relationships all over Las Vegas, therefore we can offer incredible value for an unbelievable experience. Virtually every client we have the privilege of serving tells us this was the best money spent during their stay in Vegas.
Q. If I am getting table service can't I just reserve a table directly from the nightclub on my own?
A. Nightclubs do take reservations directly from the customers but make sure you understand how this differs from VIP Hosted service.
If you book on your own:
You will be assigned a VIP host from the club but you will not be his/her priority on the night of your event. They will have many groups like yours, and this will probably be the first time you ever meet. Outside of the club you will have to fight your way to the front so you can get the attention of your host. Only problem is you have no idea what he/she looks like. While fighting your way to the front, you will discover that virtually everyone in the place seems to have booked a “VIP” table or are on the “VIP” List. At this point you begin to feel a little less special. If you make it to the front of the mob of “VIPs” you will have to find the person in charge of tables. He’s the one that looks like he’s having a bad night and doesn’t want to be bothered. You’re not sure what the next move is supposed to be so you tactfully wait for him/her to look at you, meanwhile loads of people are going in ahead of you and your group is becoming restless. You decide that you’re being ignored so you become a little more assertive. This pisses off the doormen and security so you get ignored even more and get brushed to the side. You decide that to get out from under their skin you will just stand and smile and hope that you are noticed. More groups of people continue to get in. By the time you get some attention, you’re not sure you’re still in the mood to party but you do your best acting job to try and raise the disheartened spirits of the rest of your party. “We’re in Like Flynt” you call out to your group, “That’s how we Roll”. Half of the group is rolling their eyes at you, the other half threw in the towel an hour ago and is now somewhere in the casino or at the mini bar in the hotel room. All that’s happened is you got moved to another line. You can’t get images from “Night at the Roxbury” out of your mind. When you hopefully eventually get in, you will finally get to meet your host. Make sure you have all of your thoughts in order because you will get to spend approximately 90 seconds with him/her as you fast walk to your table before they are off to their next group. Even though the time was short, you really think you hit it off. Despite that, your table has been downgraded from a dance floor table to a table in some hallway. You’re now thinking that you might not have tipped your host enough. For some reason you thought that being a VIP was going to feel different.
When you book with Red Carpet VIP you will feel like a Celebrity. No hassles, no cold shoulder and no waiting. The only person you will ever have to talk to is your personal Red Carpet VIP host, and you will meet somewhere comfortably away from the chaos outside of the club. We will get you through the crowd, we will escort your group to the front of the line, the velvet rope will be opened and you get the table you were promised. Everyone fighting their way to get to the front of the club will be wondering who you are.
A. There are many companies to choose from, some that are reputable, and some that are not. If you look into it, many companies you may find have only 1 or 2 employees and work out of their house. They may be able to offer you a great deal but there’s no guarantee that they can deliver what they promise or if they will even be in business when you get to town. Be careful not to be scammed. When choosing the company that right for you, make sure you ask the right questions.
