The Red Carpet VIP name and logo are registered trademarks and remain properties of Red Carpet VIP LLC. Any reproduction, duplication, or modification of content within the site without the express written consent of Red Carpet VIP LLC is strictly prohibited. Certain contents on this site, including logos, photos, etc., are properties of the third party constituents of Red Carpet VIP LLC. Red Carpet VIP LLC is not held liable for any errors, which include inaccuracies and omissions, in regards to the information or services provided by its third party constituents.

This includes all vendors such as hotels, casinos, limousines, nightclubs, gentlemen’s clubs, golf courses, restaurants, and tour operators. Furthermore, it is your sole responsibility to deal with any catastrophe on your own. Red Carpet VIP LLC merely provides reservation services for the above mentioned vendors only and is not affiliated in any way with its third party constituents. You are fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs while utilizing the services of Red Carpet VIP LLC or any of its third party constituents. You are also fully responsible for any additional incidental charges or miscellaneous expenses incurred while in the care of Red Carpet VIP LLC or any of its third party constituents. Red Carpet VIP LLC does not guarantee the services provided by its third party constituents. However, Red Carpet VIP LLC will do its best to accommodate the services requested by its clients.

Red Carpet VIP LLC will not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for the actions of its clients. You are solely responsible for your actions as well as the actions of any and all individuals within your party. Red Carpet VIP LLC will not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property as well as private property. Any legal action brought against you or the individuals within the group is your responsibility. This includes disorderly conduct, physical or verbal assault, theft, narcotics (including possession, sale, or use) or drug paraphernalia, and vandalism of property.

Red Carpet VIP LLC provides a cancellation policy regarding the following services:

* Nightlife - Deposits may be required upon booking a VIP hosted entry and/or reserving a table. A 72 hour cancellation policy applies to any nightlife service(s) that Red Carpet VIP LLC provides to its clients. In the event that a client fails to cancel with a notice of at least 72 hours, the client will forfeit any or all monies collected as a security deposit. Furthermore, reservations are non-transferable and are valid only for the principal name and requested date of booking. Red Carpet VIP LLC will not be held liable or responsible for any clients who fail to comply with the rules or regulations set forth by its third party constituents. A proper valid ID stating the legal age of at least 21 years of age is required. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Proper dress code is also required. It is the responsibility of the client to meet these requirements. Any questions regarding these requirements should be addressed to Red Carpet VIP LLC prior to any scheduled bookings or events. Red Carpet VIP LLC will not issue refunds in the event a client does not meet these requirements.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, and the State of Nevada. Any disputes regarding Red Carpet VIP LLC, its services, its third party constituents, and all law enforcement agencies will be settled and executed in the jurisdiction of the above mentioned districts.

Red Carpet VIP LLC reserves the right to modify its site, along with any content, at any time. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
